POETRY #13 - HARD WORK!!!!!!!

HARD WORK!!!!!!!

Hard work motivates me to do the best that I can despite the circumstance or the situation

It enables me to envision the end in sight and block out the tedious task at hand

Hard work has made me the person I am today which is determined and focused

It has broken me to pieces but at the same time molded me into a stronger human being

Hard work will and does get the best of you and me at times but such is life

It’s not designed to be easy but it sure as hell is designed to get a desired result

Hard work can make you quit, it can make you cry, it has made me hurt

But I guarantee you that after putting in hard work, it can make you smile

Have you ever wanted something so bad and you worked so hard just to try and get it

And you grind, and you hustle and when you achieve that goal, you feel so happy

Just a breath of fresh air just to know that all your efforts were well worth it

That all the hard work you did, paid off in the most bounteous of ways

I think everybody and anybody can do hard work, I really do

But I also know that, not everybody and anyone can muster enough strength to achieve it

If you’re a hard worker, embrace your journey and take this time out to reward yourself

Because more than often you’re working hard at making yourself and society a better place
